Canon’s Latest Mirrorless Camera
Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Canon) announced the launch of several new additions to its camera and equipment lineup, including Canon’s Latest Mirrorless Camera, EOS R8 and EOS R50. The move is part of Canon’s efforts to make further inroads into the high-quality, professional still and video camera market and reaffirm its position as the No.1 share of the global interchangeable-lens digital camera market for the 20th consecutive year, in order to meet the image and video requirements of the new generation of content creators.
The EOS R8 is a new mirrorless full-frame camera that combines many of the powerful video and still shooting features of the EOS R6 Mark II, such as Canon Log 3 and up to 40 fps continuous shooting with the portability of the EOS RP. Canon also introduced the EOS R50, a new compact, lightweight APS-C mirrorless camera designed for those new to vlogging and content creation. The full-featured camera comes with AI-powered features that make creative content creation easier. Added to the lineup were two new RF lenses: RF24-50mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM and RF-S 55-210mm f/5-7.1 IS STM. With the new launches, Canon’s EOS R users now enjoy a wide selection of 35 lenses.
You ‘R Creator Campaign
Canon also launched the You ‘R Creator campaign using varied marketing activities to reach target customers of both amateur and professional creators. The campaign aims to introduce the easy-to-use and versatile Canon’s Latest Mirrorless Camera as the perfect companions for creators.
