Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, a renowned one-Michelin-star restaurant, is introducing its new ‘Summer Journey’ menu to celebrate the warm season. Available from April 1st until September 30th, 2023, this menu presents a 16-course gastronomic experience that features the finest summertime ingredients.
Inspired by Chef Henrik’s gastronomic travels throughout Thailand and his experience in Europe, the ‘Summer Journey’ menu boasts unique and innovative Thai dishes, crafted by award-winning Michelin-star chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and senior head chef Berm Chayawee Suthcharitchan.
A Gastronomic Adventure through Thai and European Cuisine
To start the journey, guests will be treated to eight ‘street food’ canapés that draw inspiration from Chef Henrik’s food travels. These delightful bites include soy meringue with wasabi yoghurt, moon food edible bag with puffed rice-flavoured ‘tom yum’, crispy chicken skin with ice-cream satay, and chicken green curry ice-cream cornetto. Moving on, the ninth course features a refreshing ‘red raw prawn carpaccio, lemongrass gel, crispy lime leaf tapioca’ with bursting flavors.
The highlight of the main course is the ibérico pork slow-cooked for 12 hours, served with soy butter sauce with ginger, onion, and pickled pineapple on the side. This dish is also accompanied by aromatic jasmine rice from Yasothon province, baked with pork.
For dessert, the ‘Summer Journey’ menu concludes with classic European desserts with a touch of Thai. You can enjoy the ‘Summer Journey’ menu for THB 2,600++ for an eight-course journey, THB 3,200++ for a ten-course journey, and THB 4,300++ for a 16-course journey.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, with lunch served from 12:00 noon to 15:00 hrs and dinner between 18:00 and midnight. Last orders for the ten-course journey are at 13:00 hrs and the eight-course journey at 14:00 hrs, with wine pairings available to complement the menu.
